What does the monthly fee cover?
The monthly fee at Plymouth Harbor covers a wide range of services to ensure your comfort and peace of mind. This includes maintenance of your residence, all utilities (such as water, electricity, cable, and Wi-Fi), weekly housekeeping and linen services, and 24/7 on-site security. You’ll also have access to wellness programs, community activities, transportation services, and use of all campus amenities. For double occupancy, the fee increases slightly.
Can residents bring their cars?
Yes, residents are welcome to bring their cars! We offer several parking options for a small monthly fee, including carport, uncovered parking, and garage spaces (available on a waitlist basis). For residents who no longer drive, we also provide transportation services. Additionally, electric vehicle owners can request a parking space with an EV charging station.
