Following the Life Plan Community pricing model, Plymouth Harbor residents pay an upfront, partially refundable entrance fee before moving into the community, as well as an ongoing monthly fee during their time here. The exact cost of those fees are dependent upon the size of residence you choose to live in, which is determined by you, the resident, at the time you select your floor plan.
While selecting your floor plan, a team member will walk you through the options available and the exact costs you’ll be able to expect as a resident here. Most residents will find that the costs associated with living at Plymouth Harbor are equal to or less than the cost of living independently (also known as “aging in place”).
